What you provide
The preview keeps your form details in the open page until you choose checkout. Free sample downloads do not require an email or a child’s details. At checkout, we collect your email, theme, optional first name or nickname, age band, player count, paper size and any optional invitation date, time or venue label. We use this information to create, deliver and support your purchase. A nickname can be omitted; no surname, exact birth date or photograph is needed.
An adult must confirm they are the parent/guardian or authorised by them before submitting a child’s nickname. Please use a general venue label and add a private address by hand after printing. Do not submit information about children in the AI question box.
Payments and service providers
Payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy when checkout launches. We do not receive or store your card number, banking login or identity documents. We send the checkout provider your email and an internal order reference; party personalisation is not placed in payment metadata. Our site uses OpenAI’s Sites hosting and its storage infrastructure for order records and PDFs. Providers may process information outside your country.
Optional AI
If the AI helper is connected, questions you submit to it are sent to OpenAI for a response. We do not save the chat transcript in our application database. Service-provider logging and retention policies may still apply. Optional story generation sends only a theme and age band; the nickname is inserted afterwards on our server. AI tools cannot read your orders or issue refunds.
Retention and access
Download access ends after 90 days; this does not automatically delete customer records or PDFs. Records are reviewed by the operator for delivery, support, payment reconciliation, disputes and required accounting or legal purposes. Retention depends on that continuing need, not a possible future buyer. When retention is no longer justified, deletion or de-identification must be arranged. Payment providers follow their own retention rules. Anyone with your secure order link can access the order, download or request an eligible refund, so treat it as private.
Use, sharing and possible future data sales
We do not currently sell customer records. A future sale or licensing of adult contact details would require a separate, optional opt-in describing the information, recipients and purpose, plus applicable legal safeguards. Buying a pack is not that consent. You could decline without affecting your purchase and withdraw consent for future use. Children’s personalisation is excluded from marketing-data sales.
Security and cookies
We use signed order links, verified payment notifications and access controls. Rate limiting stores hashes of network identifiers for short periods. We do not use advertising trackers or add customers to a mailing list. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential security or session cookies.
Your choices
When purchases open, contact the operator above to request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent or raise a concern. We review requests against any continuing legal retention obligations. Deleting a personalised pack can remove future download access. For South African privacy complaints, you may also contact the Information Regulator. Mandatory privacy rights continue to apply.
